One of the things I’m most grateful for as I navigate my way back to where I want to be is the myriad of information available.  I know that sometimes it seems like there is too much and that many of the information bytes out there contradict one another.  However, I think that if I’m very thoughtful and I give appropriate consideration to the information I consume through the filter of what I believe at my core–those things that just seem intuitive and natural–it is easy for me to delineate the truth from the half-truths or not-quite-truths for me.

My initial intent was to focus this blog more on the physical things/activity that I would be doing to find my inner athlete.  What I’m finding is that I am ill.  Physically sick.  I don’t feel well.  And….that leaves me not wanting to do anything athletic or active.

My first step in finding my inner athlete will be helping myself get back to feeling well enough to be more active.  I’ll go into more about that later, but for now I’ll let you know that I’ve been searching high and low for information that really resonates with me that might help lead me back into feeling well.
