I Love Drinking My Greens!

Yes.  It’s true.  I already knew it, but having taken the challenge to drink one of these lovely culinary treats per day for 30 days has me remembering why I love them so much.  They are very refreshing.

My habit in the past has been to drink them for breakfast.  However, the past two days I’ve had a hard time getting out of bed early enough (who am I kidding–that has been going on for a lot longer than the past two days), so I have opted to have them as a second dinner of sorts (yes, I’m a Hobbit).

Both nights I’ve been so hungry when I got home from work that I ate a regular, albeit light, dinner and then made myself a smoothie later in the evening when I found myself craving a sweet snack.  It really hits the spot.

Tonight I went to a Magnesium Soaking class at Kristen Bowen’s Studio.  It was so fun and so informative. I love learning from people who have first hand experience with poor health who have studied and experimented and found their way to good health.  I feel like those people really know what they are telling you.  I won a bottle of Magnesium from Kristen’s radio show a few months back and I’ve been soaking fairly regularly.  I really do feel so much better.  Particularly my sleep pattern improve.  I’m grateful people are willing to share their knowledge!
